Sabhyacharak Satth Punjab is organizing the 11th International Beauty Pageant Miss World Punjaban 2010 and the first chapter of this collective competition took place as Miss USA Punjaban which was organized by Punjabi Heritage Organization California on 17th July in Bakersfield, California.

Navreet Sandhu(Tucson AZ)- 1st Runner up
Manvir Kaur (Kent WA)-2nd Runner up
The event was hosted by famous Punjabi anchor Asha Sharma ji. The other participants of Miss USA Panjaban 2010 were Crystal Maan, Ravinder Kaur Gill,Tamanpreet Kaur, Harshdeep Kaur, Sukhjeet Kaur Kahlon, Navjit Kaur, Rajvinder Kaur, Ramandeep Kaur and Navpreet Kaur. Karampal Mand, the winner of the contest, was honoured with the prize money 1000 American dollars, will now represent USA in Miss world Punjaban 2010 which is to take place in Punjab on 4th Dec 2010 at GRD Academy, Ludhiana. The next preliminary events outside India in the chain are Miss Australia Punjaban and Miss Canada Punjaban before the auditions in Punjab begin.

Auditions for Miss Punjab / Punjaban (from 23 oct to 13 nov) at Delhi, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Muktsar, Patiala.
Semi Final will take place at on 19-20 Nov, 2010 at Chandigarh.
Note: The dates provided here are final at the moment but are subjected to change at the discretion of the organizers. Any change will be updated in this article.

The chairman of Sabhyacharak Satth S. Jasmer Dhatt has been organizing this culture oriented event for a long time now and this happens to be one of the most prestigious of Punjabi Beauty events. It is notable that the earlier Miss World Punjabans Japji Khehra and Mohit Inder Bawa have already made their appearances on the silver screen. The girls between 17-25 years of age, with a height of 5’4″ can participate in the event. There is no entry fee for the participation. Girls from Australia, UK, Europe, Dubai, Singapore, New Zealand & Other Countries can send their entry forms by post direct to the Head Office at Ludhiana.
